Then there was a problem turning on the fan in the living room and room 2, but the owner & guard were very quick to help us. There is also gallon water available. The bathroom is clean, the heater also works. The kitchen equipment is complete but not very clean, there is also sunlight even though I intended to bring my own😂 Karaoke is also great💛 The price is really cheap, it's already using AC🥹🫶 Next time I want to come here again!

Disadvantages: - The second room at the back lacks ventilation so the air feels stuffy and hot. - A lot of the wallpaper is peeling. - The walls are moldy in 80% of the internal areas of the building. the side of the house is very difficult to open. - lots of mosquitoes and ants. - the building is not too wide (it seems a bit narrow) Hopefully in the future it can be much better.
