Please keep the sheets and pillowcases clean, they all smell of drool, for whatever reason, and in the bathroom the toilet is broken and can't be pressed, there's no water heater either but it's not a problem, the problem is the toilet is broken and the pillows smell of drool, please improve the cleanliness

When I arrived, I was told to wait until 5 o'clock because someone had extended their stay and was not given any compensation. Until I arrived at 7 pm, I was still told to wait for the room that was being cleaned, apparently I got a room that had not been used for a long time because it was dusty, there was mold and mildew on the walls, so the vibe was scary, the bathroom faucet was broken, there was no gas, the sink was dirty, the TV was not a smart TV.. there was no hot water either.. Sadhhh
