Maybe the hot water heater could be made automatic, because sometimes the water is still very cold when I take a morning shower, even with the heater set. The toilet flush has gotten stuck several times.

There were lots of cobwebs hanging around. The sheets were dirty. The AC wasn't cold enough.

It's my first time staying here but I already know that HTL prioritizes service, cleanliness and neatness. Too bad I didn't take a picture because I still want to stay there again. The breakfast is satisfying. The price is relatively good. Hot water is ok, AC is ok.. it's great..

It was quite comfortable to stay at Lavela Inn. Strategic location, not too noisy, clean, and the food tasted just right. Only the shower water didn't produce much water. For the price and the quality given, it was quite appropriate. Will definitely stay here again.
