The room was clean, suitable for the price, the shower also had hot water, arriving a bit late was suitable for taking a shower with warm water.

Stayed there for a cycling event and apparently, we were allowed to bring our bikes into our room. We'll be there again for the next event.

The toilet is dirty and smelly in my opinion

Overall everything is good, only the room I got the AC didn't work well so it made the room stuffy + hot. Hopefully in the future it can be evaluated

1. The sheets and blankets smell of urine. 2. The sheets have blood stains. 3. The room lights are dim like a haunted house. And the most annoying thing is the receptionist has no hospitality at all, never smiles, when asked she is rude, when asked to chat she focuses on playing with her cellphone. First and last stay here.

The bathroom was dirty and smelly, even though it hadn't been used at all. The room smelled of cigarettes, someone was smoking at the reception and someone was smoking on the terrace. There was no signal on the TV. I booked a double bed but got a twin. The worst experience of staying there and I will not go back there.

Plafond kamar mandi bocor, entah dr toilet atas atau dr mana. Ada bekas luntung rokok di wastafel.

Salah satu pengalaman menginap terburuk. Kamar mandi kotor, lubang pembuangan penuh kecoa dan mampet sehingga air kotor bekas mandi tidak segera terbuang. Tidak disediakan sabun n sampo. Tidak disediakan air mineral. Dibawah kolong kasur masih banyak sampah bekas pengunjung sebelumnya. Tv yang cuma pajangan karena tidak berfungsi sama sekali. WiFi yang juga tidak bisa digunakan. Respons staff yang payah yang cuma-cumasudah saya komplain kan-kan. Horrific experience.
