Unpleasant experience I didn't get the amenities I get at other accommodations, such as towels, toothpaste, and Wi-Fi connected to the room. There were lots of big red ants in the room. The sound from the next room could be heard in the room I booked. It was a sound that was very inappropriate for others to hear.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the room is a bit less clean, there is still dust in some places and the wifi is slow.

It doesn't match the picture, the hotel has no maintenance at all, they don't give you towels, it's really disappointing.

Staff was good, easy check in, check out, and extra night. Room was not really like the pictures. It was really degraded and not very clean. A lot of dust on the shelves and under the bed and the curtain holders were broken. But all in all, not a bad experience, we enjoyed our stay.

I was a bit surprised that the picture on Traveloka in the room was different from the original, starting from the sink faucet which when turned on, the faucet didn't fit properly and the faucet turned along with it, the small table looked like it had paint residue and stickers on it, there was no mat in the toilet, the towels weren't clean, they looked like they had been used by someone, there was no wifi either, the AC remote didn't work either and I had reported it to the receptionist, and the answer was just okay, I'll explain later, but it turned out that it wasn't fixed until check out time, so I fixed it myself, there were no clothes hangers/wardrobe either

The price is indeed cheap. It's nice to have a swimming pool. The room is quite okay and comfortable. But the interior is ugly, many things are peeling, the bathroom door can't be locked, the bathroom tackle looks old and needs renovation, the partition in the bathroom looks like it was ripped off the window and there are traces of unfinished paint, there are holes in the old latch. The charging plug is loose, the worst thing is the toilet can't flush if the poop is big. So you have to wait until the poop is soft before flushing again.

Water often goes off, Lots of mosquitoes (ask for mosquito repellent but it's not available), walls are made of plywood, not brick walls. Toilets smell bad all the time, pool is not maintained.

Good location. Near the terminal and city center. Ordering grabfood or grabcar is easy. Friendly staff, delicious hotel food. Only my bathroom is leaking, water from the next room enters and it is difficult to lock the door. Please fix it.

The staff is not friendly, all rude. The room condition is very narrow + dirty + lots of insects like ants and termites. The bathroom is really slippery, the ceramic should be rough. The sheets are also dirty as if they haven't been changed. IT'S NOT WORTH IT FOR THAT PRICE!!!
