This property is not a 3-star hotel as shown in the app, it's just a dirty and shabby boarding house, the location is not suitable for a hotel, maybe the hotel doesn't even have a permit. The reception is like a destroyed ART, they don't know anything, I have a video showing the hotel, the canteen, the front office and the rooms. I had booked and came to the hotel but immediately canceled because I almost threw up seeing the garbage scattered at the entrance. The front looks like a Madura stall and there was no friendliness. Finally I canceled and complained to the app and asked for a refund.
