The employees are rude, rarely around. Besides that. No one will return any items left in the room at the Oyo Mawlaya Hotel. So when checking out of the hotel, check your luggage first. Don't be like me, missing your watch, they don't want to return it on the grounds that they didn't leave the item behind.

Very bad, unilateral cancellation from the hotel after we arrived at the hotel on the grounds that the room was damaged.

The room does not match the picture. No soap. Cashiers eat deposit money for various reasons. I've been waiting for a long time, just want to take a long time. Even big hotels won't take deposits like that.

The room was damp, cramped, the TV couldn't be used.

There is an additional fee requested by the hotel owner when checking in which is 15RM. If there are additional information, information should be provided in the application. So buyers get the opportunity to reconsider whether to book or not.
