Highly recommended, family friendly, spacious waterpark.

Everything is okay, there are lots of facilities for children so they will feel at home all day at the hotel.

All the staff are friendly. Check-in and check-out are fast. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The only downside is that there are lots of ants on the TV table in my room.

It was a truly enjoyable vacation experience, with complete and comfortable facilities, and the entire staff being incredibly friendly and warm. The water sports were enjoyable, and we never got bored. Keep up the good work at Jamboo Kingdom. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff are friendly, starting from security, room staff, restaurant, to ATV staff.. the waterpark area is clean, BF is varied and delicious.. the only thing lacking is that there are lots of ants on the TV table in my room.

Spacious hotel with waterboom facilities

I want to eat but there's nothing anywhere....

This is my fourth time here, far from Surabaya. I suggest that during high season, especially weekends, the waterpark should not be mixed with outside guests. There will be a fight for floats and gazebos. There are also many people smoking in the waterpark area, and many people swimming in non-swimming suits. The room towels and pillows are starting to need upgrading, and the cleanliness and supervision at the waterpark need to be improved.

A great hotel for a family vacation, especially those with small children.

This hotel is perfect for a staycation with kids, as it offers plenty of play facilities. The highlight is the water park, which features a large pool with plenty of inflatables and a wave pool, which opens at 9 a.m. So much fun! There's an outdoor playground on the 3rd floor, with stunning views, especially at dusk and sunrise. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious food, including cereal, cakes, pudding, fruit, and salads for kids. I stayed in a spaceship room with a large bed. In front of the hotel, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., there's an ATV ride and a hangout spot for snacks and meals. There's also a Deer Garden where you can feed the deer. There's also a mosque next door if you want to pray Friday prayers. Jamboo Kingdom is awesome! All in one package for a family staycation ❤️

The process from arriving at the gate, unloading your stuff, looking for parking (basement is enough, or outside near the park I think), checking in, taking the elevator using the same access card as the room access card, to opening the room door, wow, fresh (the AC has been turned on by the hotel beforehand I think). Overall, it was very pleasant to stay at this hotel. Hotel guests have free access to the ATV across from the hotel, and the water park (in the hotel area). The water park especially, hahahhaa, my kids really like it. There is no swimming pool here, there is a wave pool, with quite a few gazebos to relax while waiting for those who are playing in the water, water slides from the ones that go around and are quite high, to the ones that are quite gentle, there are 3-4 in total if I'm not mistaken. REALLY, this hotel pampers kids with its water park. There are also cup noodles at the entrance to the water park. What's lacking? (you have to pay for the noodles) It's a nice experience.

The hotel is very comfortable and great for families. There are various swimming pools, it's really fun.

the hotel staff is not friendly, not agile and not smiling enough. when I asked for a bowl, I waited a long time in the lobby waiting room until finally I asked to be taken to the room. but it turned out that the bowl had not arrived until the next day and there was no phone confirmation from the staff either. with the price of more than 1 million that I paid to this hotel, it was very far from being satisfied with the service of this hotel. please improve it more

The hotel is quite good, it's just lacking in cleanliness and soundproofing because we were really disturbed by the noise from the alley in the early morning and also for the bathroom it would be better if it had a hand shower and a bidet for the toilet because it makes it easier for small children and finally please pay attention to the cleanliness of the public toilets.

Aesthetic hotel, spacious room, clean but no tap for ablution, friendly staff, okay food, a bit expensive, honestly staying here our family was very happy and really enjoyed it. Next time we will schedule to come here again. Suggestion: hotel promo should be increased so more visitors come, more lighting, and lower price 😁 Hopefully Jambo Kingdom will be even more successful.

The lobby staff was not very responsive at check-in time, and check-in time should be 2 pm according to general hotel standards.

The hotel is quite good and clean. The break fast is also ok. Suitable for a vacation with children.
