Honestly, the facilities are okay, and the spacious room is nice. I booked for 3 nights straight away because I saw it on TikTok and also for work.
But the downsides are:
1. The Wi-Fi is terrible, and even after being given an extender, it's still terrible.
2. The mirror over the sink is really high, with no other mirror, making it difficult to get dressed or see your overall appearance.
3. The toilet seat wobbles, so I almost slipped when I was pooping.
4. The rooms aren't soundproof, especially on the first floor. So when someone upstairs pulls a chair or a child jumps and runs, it's so annoying I have to call the front desk and get a warning from the security guard. And if you have a room near the road, the music from outside also comes into the room.
5. The staff is unprofessional; even after complaining, there's no initiative to change rooms for a more comfortable stay.
6. On weekdays, we eat a la carte, and on weekends, it's a buffet, but Saturdays are very busy. 7. When asked about the egg corner, the restaurant staff didn't understand, and instead said, "Eggs are already provided." When I asked for a request, they said, "All are already served." 👎
8. Almost forgot, if we arrive, don't expect to be escorted with our luggage; we have to go inside and find a trolley because there's no staff ready to greet us at the front desk (this hotel needs to learn more if it wants to improve) so it's not too crowded.
Pros:
1. Every time we're cleaned, whether we use a toothbrush, shampoo, soap, or slippers, we're always given new ones, so we have plenty of soap and shampoo during our stay. (NICE 🥰)
