I want to come back for a staycation here, because it's very kid-friendly...

the food is not very tasty and a bit overpriced for the room rate

My family was really enjoy the vibes and ambience in here. But unfortunately, they didn't get the best view from triple club room. I hope we can get better nature view in our next visit. Thankyou .

This was our first time staying here. It was nice, comfortable, had a cool atmosphere, plenty of amenities, and a varied breakfast. Overall, it was okay and we liked it. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

Friendly staff, clean, beautiful, especially the garden, seeing the view really improves your mood... Happy, fresh, healthy, you can get it all, for the breakfast menu, you can try everything, it's all delicious👍👍👍

Staying here means you don't have to leave the hotel for fun activities; everything is available ☺😁 Complete gym, sauna, jacuzzi, spa, garden, jogging track, koi pond, and all the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is very grand, the architecture of the building is cool, the cleanliness is maintained, the pool is warm, the food tastes good but there is not much variety, the staff is friendly, it's just that the rooms are not soundproof.

We loved everything about this place, especially the sport facilities and the peaceful morning walk area. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and activities that bring the whole family together. Whether it was swimming, playing, or just walking around enjoying the fresh air, every moment felt special. Definitely a place we’ll come back to when we need a refreshing family escape. The food has no flavor and the main course dishes are less interesting and have few choices.

The service, the view, the facilities, everything is the best, if you want to stay here, I recommend taking the mountain view because the view is nicer.

A pleasant experience staying at Hotel Gaia, Everything is ok but remember this is a 5 star hotel, the variety of food at breakfast is quite ordinary compared to other 5 star hotels in Bandung.

Hotel Gaia offers comfort and excellent service. Clean rooms, complete facilities, and strategic location near the main road made my trip very enjoyable. The staff is friendly and responsive, ensuring that guests' needs are well met. Suitable for solo travelers, families with small children or company outings that prioritize quality and comfort. The fish pond is full of large koi fish.
