I think the place is very comfortable, but there's no latte option for coffee at breakfast. Everything else is fine.

I had a great stay at Gaia Hotel, the room is cozy, the food is good, the view is amazing, and the staff were very friendly. Would love to go back there again soon.

Had the most memorable staycation at The Gaia Hotel Bandung during the Gaia Music Festival on 2–3 August 2025! From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless, especially with the free shuttle from (and to) KCIC Padalarang straight to the hotel. The service was top-tier, the room was cozy yet modern, and the vibe? Immaculate. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying the mountain air, or just soaking in the breathtaking views, the hotel offered the perfect balance of relaxation and style. What made it even more special was how well the hotel blended with the energy of the festival. After dancing and singing my heart out, it felt amazing to return to a place that was peaceful yet alive with art, music, and warmth. 10/10 would stay again. The Gaia truly knows how to elevate both music and moments.

Gaia + jazz in the valley is perfect

I highly recommend staying here. All the staff are very friendly, from the receptionist to the security guards to the gym attendants. Kids can also enjoy lots of activities, especially in the kids' activity room next to the pool. The staff there are very friendly and willing to let them play. The cool night air in Setiabudi also makes for a cozy and comfortable stay. God willing, I'll be back again.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The space was generous and thoughtfully designed, offering a wide range of activities—I even had the chance to try both Yoga and Reformer Pilates, which was a highlight. The ambiance throughout the property was calm and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, with a diverse selection of cuisines to suit all tastes. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return for another stay!

The breakfast buffet had so many options—from healthy choices to indulgent treats—and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Staff Assistance: The staff were outstanding, especially Dimas, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. He made everything feel effortless, and his service truly stood out. I even got a room upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable! Highlights: Getting upgraded to a spacious room with a stunning view was definitely a highlight. I also loved the peaceful vibe of the hotel, the thoughtful service, and how relaxed I felt throughout my stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the service is great, and I request a really delicious cake. The breakfast is also delicious. I suggest adding a playground area for children to make it more kid-friendly.

The hotel is very aesthetic, with lots of koi fish and cactus plants that are very Instagrammable. However, the breakfast is a shame, but the variety is limited and the flavors are a bit lacking. Hopefully, the next time will be better. It was a great vacation here.

Nice & cool place to stay with your family, room was clean, service was nice but probably needs adding more menu options in the restaurant! Overall it's 8.5/10 from me, keep it up.

The staff is very friendly, and I was greeted by the receptionist, Mr. Dimas. Everyone here is smiling. The healing here is extraordinary.
