Honestly, the hotel staff are all friendly. What needs to be improved is not waiting too long for room availability. I booked 3 rooms, the first room was only available at 3 pm, the second room at 4 pm, and the third room was almost 6 pm. One of the rooms smelled of cigarettes, and during our two-night stay, the smell persisted, even though the housekeeper had added air freshener. We also saw someone smoking in another room while sticking their hand out the window. Please reiterate this. I feel sorry for those with babies, children, pregnant women, or those sensitive to cigarette odors. I had requested a non-smoking room from the start because I had a baby with me.
