The room was comfortable but the mattress was a bit hard, the AC was cold, the service was good, that's worth the price of 200 per night 👍.

The location is close to the campus so there are lots of food vendors, next to the inn in the morning there is a clear soup maker for breakfast, spacious and safe parking, the place is attached to the boarding house but quiet, the check-in process is easy and fast, the bathroom is outside the share room, water the bathroom has warm water but cleanliness needs to be improved and please provide a mat in each room, the room is pretty clean, the air conditioner is also quite cold, comfortable staying here.

Friendly, warm water is good, only in the room, the lights don't have an outlet, so you can't turn it off when you sleep, you can't sleep if the lights are bright, overall it's ok for that kind of budget.
