The sink water sometimes drains smoothly, sometimes it doesn't. It takes ages to ask for a bathroom mat before they give it to you. The lights go out, and there's no generator 😑

The room was cool, but I waited a day for toilet paper and it wasn't given. The shower water was slow. The worst part was the power outage, as there was no generator. A hotel of this class doesn't have a generator, so you have to wait until the electricity comes back on.

The food was so good! Especially nasi goreng and rebung tumis (I think).

The hotel was quite good, both in terms of staff friendliness and service. Unfortunately, during our overnight stay, the hotel experienced a power outage at 7:00 PM. There was only one generator available for guests in the two-story villa cluster, while there was none for the regular deluxe rooms. The blackout lasted almost an hour, leaving us in our room without any lights, which was quite uncomfortable. The hotel should address this issue to ensure guests' comfort and a memorable stay.

The only hotel without a generator. If the power goes out, we'll just have to wait for PLN's help. With the added expense of a peak season, the family vacation is ruined. The kids can't sleep because of the heat.

This is my fourth stay here. The service is always satisfactory. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and it's perfect for bringing children. There are lots of cute cats too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Singkawang. Thank you, Pequena Casa.

The water smelled bad, and the room was suddenly opened twice by the cleaning service. Wasn't the hotel not notified of vacant and occupied rooms? The service was truly disappointing.

The hotel is actually very beautiful.. but the TV in the room can't be watched because it's being repaired and the broadcast is not available. For some reason, the toilet also smells very strong even though it has been sprayed with freshener and flushed many times. There is also a spot on the deck in the toilet that has black mold due to humidity, also the toilet shower already looks rusty. Please fix and improve it.. Room 103 selfie
