Overall, it's great and very comfortable. I just want everyone to be aware that when it's nighttime and it's time to rest, it should be used for resting, not chatting, let alone fighting at 2-3 a.m., which is very disturbing, for whoever is in the room downstairs. Suggestions and input for Bobobox ITC Kuningan: Maybe they could add a microwave so they could have 3 or 2, so they don't have to queue for long to heat up food. Thank you 🙏🏻

This hotel was recommended by a friend, at first I was hesitant because I wasn't used to staying in a capsule hotel so I was afraid it wouldn't be comfortable and so on. But honestly, it turned out to be really nice. Starting from the staff being very friendly (100 for this, keep it up), all corners of the room were clean, especially the bathroom (but in the morning I had a bit of a pee in the toilet hehehe), other facilities such as dining table and chairs, water refills I really like, it's suitable for me who drinks little by little, the wi-fi is fast and steady and the location is strategic, it's easy to find anything because it's near malls, shops, eateries and so on. I like it because my first experience staying there got a room with a window facing directly to the citylight view so it's nice at night hehehe. If I go to Jakarta again, I will definitely stay here again and yes I will recommend this hotel if there are friends who need a hotel in Jakarta. Thank you!
