Saya sangat kecewa karena masih tercium aroma rokok di dalam kamar. Dugaan pertama, AC tidak dibersihkan dengan baik karena setiap kali dinyalakan unit menghembuskan aroma asap rokok. Dugaan berikutnya, mungkin ada karyawan yang merokok dan dia mengira sudah cukup jauh dari kamar tamu. Dan kamar tidak memiliki jendela ventilasi. Blower di kamar mandi bukan menghisap keluar, justru berhembus ke dalam. Saran saya, perbaiki arah hisap blower kamar mandi sehingga bisa digunakan membuang asap, bila perlu sediakan unit air purifier dan jangan perintahkan karyawan perokok untuk membersihkan kamar bebas asap rokok. Asap rokok sangat mengganggu tamu hotel, terutama tamu dengan permintaan kamar bebas asap rokok. Semoga dibaca oleh manajemen dan diperhatikan.
