Honestly, I only saw the reviews on Google after paying for this app. I thought I wouldn't have the bad experience the reviewers on Google Maps had, because there would be improvements. But it turned out to be really bad. When I checked in, the sheets, pillows, and towels were stained, the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned, the soap and tissues hadn't been refilled, the kettle didn't have any water, and the glasses were dirty. The app needs to re-evaluate its partnership with this hotel. For a 3-star hotel, my experience was really bad.
