I checked in 1 day late, couldn't contact the hotel hotline. The hotel called back to ask for my information. They supported keeping my luggage after checkout, full breakfast buffet, very ok everyone.

The support staff was not enthusiastic when booking 2 rooms and there was a note noting that the 2 rooms were close together but still arranged 2 rooms far apart even though the adjacent rooms were still available. When requesting to change, the hotel said the rooms were full but in reality there were no guests staying, the bed in the bedroom had ants.
