for all the facilities and services and cleanliness are very good, suitable for families. friendly staff and detailed explanations. it's just a shame when staying on the 3rd floor at night until morning you can hear footsteps either from the upper floor or from the side stairs 😔 so all night long you can hear jedag jedug 😁 I hope in the future the room will be more soundproof. but apart from that, everything is really good, even every time I go to Bandung I definitely book this hotel 🤩

If you go to Bandung, definitely stay here, affordable prices, spacious and clean rooms, clean toilets, strategic location, comfortable atmosphere and not noisy. Friendly staff, breakfast not many choices, the taste is quite good, everything is ok, the best anyway

very satisfied staying at this villa, the staff is friendly, the service is good, the check-in process is not complicated. asked to move to a nearby room and it was processed quickly. the facilities are quite complete and what I like the most is that the cleanliness is very well maintained. suitable for staying with family. if I go to Bandung again, I will definitely stay here again 👍only for breakfast on weekdays, it can be improved so that there are many choices. but so far so good thanks Shakti Villa Dago and Traveloka

I checked in at midnight and was still well served.. I took the family room..the room was very spacious and clean..the bathroom was also clean..the towels and sheets were also fragrant and clean.. the swimming pool was also clean.. I didn't expect there to be an elevator.. The only minus was the breakfast which was still less varied and served cold..for the rest it was very satisfying.

The family room is spacious, enough for 4 of us staying during the visit. The staff are helpful and can help with baggage/items storage if you are still waiting for the check-in time. The pool is clean.

Feels homey, feels like staying at Losmen Bu Broto :-D because the owner is directly involved in daily activities. Friendly and sociable.

The room's AC was faulty, not cold at all, the technician tried but couldn't, asked to move rooms but couldn't because they said it was full, so I slept in a hot atmosphere like in a sauna.

the hotel is clean, the wifi is fast, and you can watch netflix, but the water is not strong enough

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's very comfortable to stay in this villa. The family room has a spacious room and bed. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna enough for refreshing. Strategic location access, friendly staff and villa owner. For the parking area, although it is very limited, it is very helpful from the hotel staff. Next trip to Bdg might be the destination for our stay. Thanks Shakti Villa. 🥰🙂

Almost everything is ok, for those who like swimming like me, it is very suitable to stay here because the pool is very large.
