I usually stay here regularly because it's in the city and there's plenty of food nearby. However, this time I got a room with a water leak. I reported it to the staff and they fixed it, but it's still dripping. Since it was a long holiday, I couldn't ask for extra blankets because there weren't enough.

The staff are so lovely. We chose to book because we called to ask about various things and they didn't get mad at all. They even let us leave our bags before checking in. They were so lovely. The staff were on standby 24 hours a day. The room was spacious (but not very soundproof). It's right in the heart of the city. Right in front of the hotel is Suki Chang Phueak. It's convenient to go anywhere. I highly recommend it. The price is good. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff came to clean the room every day, so I felt bad. I will definitely stay here again when I go to Chiang Mai.

The staff was unfriendly. I went to ask for the Wi-Fi password and they said it was not available yet..?? Shouldn't they have a better answer than this? I feel so disappointed.

The hotel was a little bit old, but it has just been renewed. However, everything is good, the room and bathroom were clean and they cleaned up every day. There is street food outside the hotel.

There is a housekeeper who cleans the room, refills drinking water, and changes towels every day. The hotel is quite old, but the service is good. You can leave your luggage at the lobby before check-in and after check-out.

Really like the service 😊 We met the same front desk staff since checking in, returning the room, until we checked out. We were very satisfied with their service. They spoke fluently, were energetic, and had good manners. Another thing is that we had quite a lot of luggage. The housekeeper saw us and helped us carry our luggage down the stairs (we stayed on the 6th floor, which is a half-floor, so we had to go up and down the stairs) without us asking. The room was a connecting room, clean, with complete facilities. The location is right next to the street food area, which is very good. The only problem is that the parking lot is in the basement. It is difficult to walk up and down. If there are elderly people, it would be best to send them from the front entrance.

The hotel is clean, smoke-free, safe and very nice.

Staying for 4 nights, you should change towels at least every day and clean the room once without having to call them to do it. Most importantly, there should be a smoking area at the end of the corridor on each floor. Every time you want to smoke, you have to walk down from the room to smoke on the street. If it were Hat Yai that required this, the hotel would be in trouble because in Singapore, they would not stay at all if a hotel did not provide a smoking area.

When booking, please note that check-in time is 12:00. When I arrived, the receptionist said that the hotel could not follow the reservation request. Check-in time is 14:00 only.
