The check-in process took less than 5 minutes, and there was a RM100 deposit. The room was spacious.

Location very strategic and easy to access eatery places, shopping malls as it's located center of Georgetown. The room is clean with well maintenance on the aircond, hot water, and bathtub.

Overall, it's value for money at this price, as the aircond is cool and well maintained, hot water is ready, and the room and toilet are spacious. Located at a very strategic area, whereby by walking distance or by Grab with below MYR10 you may reach hawkers stall and jetty.

The room is dusty, the floor is sticky, the towels smell like used, the bathroom is dirty, the bathroom floor is also slippery, at night there are rat sounds, I arrived at night & in the morning I immediately moved hotels without taking a shower. Very very bad experience. Sorry, for the owner's introspection too. 💔
