No kettle /coffee and hair dryer provided in the room. Have stayed here in the past and these were provided before. Couldn’t make drinks in the room. Bit noisy along the corridor at night. Check in /out were quite fast. Deposit of 500 baht per room. Refundable at check out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I always can hear funny sounds like knocking on the floor and wall, etc., from the next rooms. It disturbed our sleep, especially at night.

The frontliner's staff have a good manner and their English language is good, it's help us who didn't fluent in Thai or Malay language. The hotel is surrounded by restaurant, laundry 24 hours, convenience store. Easy to reach the city center, tourism places, and Hatyai Junction Railway Station just 10 - 15 minutes by ordering Grab Car. May be the minus point is for the smoker guest because they have no choice for "Smoking Room" type. So, if you're smoker you only can smoke in front of the hotel or in car park area. But if you aren't smoker, it would be perfect! 👍

Clean room, lots of parking, friendly service.

I want to increase the water pressure. It takes a long time to shower because the water doesn't flow strongly. There is dust on the window frame behind the curtain and the stainless steel edge of the shelf in the room.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable, my first trip and first time booking a hotel abroad, thank God I got a nice and cheap one, hehehe

The hotel atmosphere is nice but sometimes it's confusing because in Hotel B2 there are 3 hotels with the same name so sometimes you take the wrong Grab.

The accommodation is comfortable and clean. I like it very much. It's worth the price. The staff communicates clearly. There are delicious restaurants all around.

The hotel looks old and does not meet B2 standards. The bathroom is shabby but could be cleaned well. The room smells a little. And does not store sound, can hear the surroundings above On the side of the room, outside the door, the air conditioner blows right over the head.

I didn't expect your breakfast to only consist of bread and milk coffee. I think something like Buffett. But it 's okay.

We from Medan-Indonesia stayed for 2 (two) days and every day the hotel room boy cleaned the room. Each guest who stays is charged a deposit of 500 Baht and will be returned when checking out. Close to Lee Garden Plaza, Kimyong Market and Asean Night Market, we will come back to Hatyai Thailand again. Thank you, khobkun Khab.

There's only 1 tissue in the bathroom. There is only 1 trash can in the bathroom. The towels are not soft at all. Bath towel with frayed edges, overall as shown in the picture. Normally, I'll rest it b2. But I've never stayed here and just wanted to try a different experience. (Shouldn't change at all) The receptionist speaks well. Haven't tried the food yet.

Check-in speed came at 12. So I left my luggage in the front room. Keep your things safe.
