Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Seldom I see new and clean hotel in the middle of Penang city centre. Very convinient for culinery touring, 10 minute walk to New Lane Food Street. Definitely will come back.

The hotel is quite close to various tourist destinations in Penang. You can walk or take a Grab. I booked a family room with two double beds. It was very comfortable for two adults and two children. This hotel is not a luxury type, but it is a comfortable place to rest after a day of sightseeing around Penang.

Very comfortable hotel. Not too wide. But clean and neat. Complete with irons, clothes hangers, suitcase tables. There's tea, coffee, sugar, mineral water. The bathroom is clean. The AC is cold.

Arrived at the accommodation early and the staff was able to let us check in right away because the room was just finished. It was a room without windows. When I first entered, I felt a slight musty smell, but when I turned on the air conditioner, the smell disappeared. It's a new, clean hotel with complete amenities, such as a hair dryer, Thai-style bidet, slippers, and a hot and cold water dispenser. However, the Wi-Fi was very slow. Mobile internet is faster.

Comfortable, maximum cold AC, but unfortunately the water heater is not functioning normally, the hot water that comes out is very small with very minimal heat/temperature is possible around 30 degrees Celsius. Needs to be improved. Cleanliness is very comfortable. Free refill water/hot water is available. Nice hotel, but high quite high than average, maybe it's a newbuilt hotel.

New hotel, good location, clean and complete rooms but not soundproof and the AC is positioned directly towards the body. Need to put a security deposit of RM 100 so it's not comfortable.

Stayed 15-17/7/24, stayed 2 nights, Premium king room. Overall, the hotel rooms are considered passable. A small hotel, but looks warm and nice to stay in. Not difficult to find, easy to travel from the pier. In the room there is an iron, refrigerator. The price is not considered expensive. Considered to be in the middle of nowhere, you can stay comfortably. I booked through the Traveloka app and used the code to get a little discount. I recommend it. Nice place to stay, not too far from food sources, easy to find things to eat. *5th floor, the room I stayed in, the room was never soundproof. How much? Because between 9-10 p.m., there was noise in the room next to the party. We talked and heard everything. But it's not considered much damage. I can accept it. I'll pass. I have a chance. I'll see you soon. Go, go, go, go, go, go, go.
