Clean & bright hotel, but small in size. Highly recommended for people who like clean, comfortable and simple hotels. Comfortable mattress (not soft) with clean white sheets like new. Lots of lights (bright) & power outlets so it's easy to charge gadgets. The position of the AC is not quite right because it faces the bed. The position of the sink in the room (outside the bathroom), uncommon but practical because it doesn't interfere with activities in the bathroom. The closet room is separate from the bathroom. Clean and simple but no soap & clothes hangers are provided The bathroom with white and green wall tiles and cream floors and no wooden furniture in it so the bathroom looks clean, fresh, & bright. There is a glass shelf for clothes/towels, but no towel hangers. There are some untidy patches on the wooden furniture in the bedroom so it's less aesthetic. Location: not many places to eat that can be visited on foot, the surrounding environment is an office (dark at night). Overall: A comfortable & clean hotel.

Due to recent flooding in Johor Bahru, I reached out to the hotel via email on 12Jan to request booking refund for stay on 18Jan considering that the flood might impact accessibility of the hotel. I didn't get any response and was hoping that IHG had better customer service and at least respond to requests/queries, regardless of the decision to accept the refund or not. This disappointed me as repeat customer of IHG in other sites.

Good place to stay with family. I book room with 2 bedroom and there was quite big for family of 4. Also, there were sofa, microwave and cutlery set. You can walk to Tan Hiok street, one of tourism spot in JB.

The 2 bedroom suite was value for money. Clean and comfy with really cold adjustable air conditioner. Breakfast was OK. Perhaps can be better in terms of the quality of the food served. Overall, good hotel to stay in at JB. Will visit again.

Great room service and food is good but lamb chop not available on day of stay. The shuttle bus frequency should be improved to better appeal to business travellers.

Room is small but has all necessities. Breakfast included as well, but location a bit secluded area-not recommended to go out alone at night. Had to pay tax of 10RM per night

Service: good. Room: small and compact. Having sinki nxt to the bed was quite weird. Toothbrush, hair dryer, provided in the room. Parking: provided for guest. I had no problem getting parking spot.

Very good hotel, value for money, located quite in the middle of jb city. Reception, room, breakfast every is excellent, if you drive or ride your own vehicle, you might need a touchngo card to enter parking lot.

Great experience staying at this hotel. Descend options of breakfast. Recommended for those looking for walking distance attractions nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.

I enjoyed staying here, the room was clean, the service was friendly, the free shuttle bus, the food was pretty good, worth it for those of us who were on vacation or treated at the top of the list. It's just that the bathroom yesterday there was a little less clean but not bad lah. Next time I will stay at Swiss Inn again. Thanks swiss inn.

It's 3rd time me & family stay in Swiss Inn JB, we like the location, quite & cozy place, quick check in/out, good breakfast and friendly staff. AC at room #801 (2nd room) was not functionally work, it stop every 1 minute after turn on. Tried change the setting but can't work. So we just let it off. Bathroom clogged at room #625 on our 2nd day. Maintenance guy response very fast and after checked he suggest to change the room, so we moved to room #644 that night.
