The view here is really cool... I've stayed in Kintamani several times, but this is the coolest one 😍

The rooms and views are quite comfortable and good, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel area need to be improved.

The hotel is in a strategic location, but there are several things that need improvement: 1. When I first arrived, the receptionist could not find my order, so I had to wait 2. The hot water in the bathroom was not on 3. Several facilities need to be repaired and are dangerous (eg: lounge chairs in front of the ceiling, a holey deck) 4. The room is super hot during the day, and there are lots of flies 5. The sheets have lots of stains and are dirty

Amazing view with comfort dome! the service was great, and the price so affordable. Love it!

80% ok, just the location is a bit inside and there are a lot of stairs 🥲 But once you get to the top, all the tiredness from climbing the stairs is paid off with the beautiful view of the mountain and lake 😍

The sleep is comfortable, but when you open the door, lots of flies come in. The maid and the client are nice. The view is cool though

the atmosphere is really good with the usual top view also for a barbecue at night. Kintamani is indeed TOP and will come here again later. but I suggest that in the rainy season like this the road to the top of the dome is a bit slippery for cycling 😃

Overall it's good and quite enjoyable. Unfortunately when I visited, it was the fertilizer season so there were a lot of flies that were annoying.

The phone number given was not responding, making it difficult for us to ask for service, there were two of us, only one cup, wanting to ask for the number was not responding, wanting to go down at night, it was also tiring to rain. And the bubble room door was broken and not repaired, making it difficult for us to go in and out according to the instructions to close. The door before opening the bubble, with that price the door should be repaired immediately. That's it. The only thing that is not comfortable. Outside it's all good

Access to the hotel is quite difficult, the road is small, there is no lighting, buying food at night is quite difficult, the hot water does not work properly. There is no receptionist here, hopefully in the future it can be more advanced

Suitable for HANEYMOON😊. The atmosphere is very cool.

The staff is very friendly, we initially got a room at the bottom, but the staff suggested a room at the top (it happened to be an empty room/no one had booked it yet) with the most beautiful view, especially at sunrise. The facilities are all okay, only the amenities are missing toothbrush and toothpaste, but luckily we had prepared to bring our own. The bathroom slope is not good enough so when taking a shower the water stagnates and cannot go straight to the drain, maybe only in the room I booked. The food is okay, maybe I will come back here again.

There are only a few that might be able to complete the facilities there such as a water heater, equipment such as toothbrushes and toothpaste and if possible an umbrella in case it rains, a telephone or connection to the reception, so it makes communication easier. The rest is good. Thank you 🙏

Next proper maybe in the area where there will be visitors, like the table and chairs in front of it are cleaned first. And checked whether it can still be used or not. The rest is okay, Good staff so very humble.
