The air is very cold.. But the hotel also has a very comfortable atmosphere.. So you will never get bored staying at this Chads hotel..

Not recommended. Restaurant food doesn't have standby time if there are suddenly a lot of guests. It's difficult to order restaurant food...it takes a long time. Eggs for breakfast are a real hassle, you have to order them...even though they're cheap.

Best experience to stay there! Really a very valuable experience, so proud that finally in my hometown there is a hotel as good as this, after almost 15 years of not returning to my grandfather's village. The hotel is really like 5 stars. Love the ambience & view in this hotel. All the staff are also very helpful & super friendly. Thank you for the valuable experience of staying there 💗

The hotel can be heard from other rooms, especially at night if there are a lot of guests disturbing your rest. There is a lot of dust under the bed. The toilet sometimes smells bad. Please fix this and pay attention to the hotel atmosphere. It is already good.

The traditional breakfast menu has many choices and the taste is okay, there is also herbal medicine...interesting. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is okay. Many interesting photo spots. We have stayed here 4 times with family, it is very pleasant.

Me, my wife and my son stayed here for 6 nights, for the room the atmosphere is quite comfortable but the sound from the next room is very audible to our room. For breakfast, the menu is quite varied, but we were disappointed because only in this hotel we found that when ordering omelets or other eggs are only limited to 2 per person and max 4 @room, while we have children, and it makes us uncomfortable.

We didn't expect a hotel with a relatively cheap price per night to be so good. The surrounding atmosphere is very beautiful with trees and beautiful views. The room and surroundings are very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing accommodation in Tapanuli. All staff are kind and helpfullness. The room is very nice and the view is a wonderful as well. I truly recommend it to everyone who are going to travel to Toba, Tapanuli.
