I've always stayed here before, but it's unusual that I got a room that wasn't very comfortable yesterday.

If you're staying here for a staycation, it's not enough if it's just one night.

Yesterday's experience staying here during Eid H+2, the staff was friendly but there was no staff to carry the luggage, there was only a receptionist so we lifted it ourselves and got a room in the H hallway which is in the corner on the 2nd floor too, imagine how tired it was, then when I opened the room, bang, there was a musty smell everywhere, musty sheets, musty blankets, it seems like they haven't been changed, plus the damp, moldy ceiling made the room even more musty, the vinyl floor was dirty like termites, I was really sure the room had never been cleaned because there was dust everywhere, honestly I was very disappointed with the price of 380 thousand for a room like that, I was surprised why I was given a room that was so far away even though I saw that there weren't that many guests, only a handful of people, disappointed disappointed

The hotel is located within my beloved campus, UMM. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is calm, and clean. The facilities are like those of an expensive hotel; staying here feels like staying in an executive boarding house.

The room is cozy, window access to the river adds to the comfortable feel, the room layout is okay, the facilities function well such as TV, AC, lights. It would be better if the humidity in some corners of the room was addressed. The bathroom is comfortable, the shower is easy to adjust between hot and cold, but there is a leak in the ceiling making the floor slippery. The cafe is aesthetic, comfortable even though you choose any seat, semi-outdoor so you can enjoy the view too, the food is delicious, affordable prices, only the cooking process is quite long.

My first stay at this hotel was amazing. The service was top-notch, the rooms were clean, the AC was cool, and there was Netflix. The staff were all friendly, and the food was delicious.

Overall, it's good. I've stayed here 4/5 times. I only have one suggestion for the management: Please provide a dedicated parking area for overnight guests with a canopy, and not mix it with cafe visitors. Overall, it's good.

A very comfortable and quiet hotel, clean, and strategic location access.

This accommodation is suitable for solo travelers or those who just need a place to rest, because the location is in the middle, close to Batu City and Malang City. The room is spacious enough for 1-2 people, and all the facilities are functioning well. The service is good, and the atmosphere is also very calm, green, located inside the UMM campus, there is a container cafe that is open even until midnight. There are water gallons outside the room, for those inside the room you have to pay. There are only a few things that might need to be considered again. - When I first entered the room, it felt stuffy, and thin mold was already visible on the upper ceiling and walls, so my nose felt a bit stuffy. Even mold as high as my index finger grew on the bottom corner of the door, but maybe because it was exposed to the AC, it died by itself the next day (unfortunately I forgot to take a photo, but there are still traces, I was in room F206). To reduce the stuffiness, my advice to other customers is to often open the window and let natural air in and improve air circulation. - The provided glasses had a slight unpleasant odor, possibly due to the wooden coasters underneath still containing water, making them damp and slightly moldy. So, it needs a little more deep cleaning and more attention to items that are prone to mold. But overall, I enjoyed my stay here. This hotel could be an option if you're traveling to Malang again, as it's close to everything. 🫶

The staff is friendly and helpful with carrying items. There's an ATM right out front, making it easy to withdraw cash. Parking is also ample for vehicles. The dining area and restaurant are comfortable.

This is my second stay here, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. The cafe is a great place to hang out🥰

Staff are okay, Wi-Fi is okay. There's no gym, even though they say there is one! Cleanliness also needs to be improved, especially in the hallways near the rooms. Access through the UMM front gate has also been adjusted because the security guard is very unwelcoming.

Cheap, clean, comfortable, and can be repeated next time... easy access to everywhere. Using Grab only costs 11-13 thousand.

Never disappoints with a staycation here... what I like most is the clean and fragrant bed sheets and pillowcases. Excellent 👍

Nice, clean hotel, and the food is delicious. The surrounding environment is very beautiful ☺. Plus, it's located on the UMM campus, so you don't have to travel far. Maybe if you go to Malang, don't forget to stop by here 😇
