I had a lovely experience at the Coniferous Forest resort. I was having so much fun that my sandal strap broke, haha! Luckily, a staff member helped me fix it. Thank you so much, he was so kind and nice. The resort staff were also lovely and always provided the best support for guests.

I expected the room to be located on the high hill, with a balcony, between the pine forest, named Mistry Pine. I saw a lot of their pictures and reserved the room with a kind of high rate, but it was a disappointing experience. From the first time, reception did not see my reservation even though I booked and pre-paid 2 days ago. They arranged the room with only a small bed, with no pine forest view, which was very different from the booking. When I asked and requested to change to the room that I had booked, they did not give me a reasonable response, then just offered me another bigger room, but it still did not match my expectation.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The resort's exterior is relaxing, perfect for a cozy evening dinner. The staff are supportive, and the rooms are decent and well-equipped. It doesn't take much time to get to the city center for food and entertainment compared to other resorts I've stayed at. For this price, the service quality is excellent. I will definitely bring my family back for another experience.

The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. I had a work appointment and checked out a little late, but they still assisted me and helped me check out quickly without any extra charge. They even helped me find a ride to the bus station. The air was fresh and cool. The rooms were clean and had a relaxing view. A nice place for those who like to relax but don't want to be far from the city center. 10/10 for service.

The location is far from the center, I thought it would be a good place to rest, but the room was not booked and the room the staff gave me was completely different from the picture, the breakfast was terrible, there was hair from previous guests on the bed, the towels also had hair from previous guests, first experience and also the last time for this resort, the name is quite good but the experience was quite bad.

Nhân viên rất dễ thương, chu đáo. Vườn có nhiều nơi đẹp để ngồi ngắm thông và thư giãn. Xung quanh rất mát mẻ, có cảnh núi ở phía xa. Ai thích view cây cối nhớ chọn phòng ở đằng sau nhé!

Dịch vụ phòng tốt, sạch sẽ nhưng bữa sáng quá tệ! buffet sáng có mỳ nui, salad, dưa hấu, bánh mỳ. lần đầu trải qua buffet sáng ở resort có ít sự lựa chọn như thế, khi tôi đề nghị một xuất mỳ xào rau cho người ăn chay trường, bạn nhân viên bảo chị phải đặt trước. Mình hỏi nếu bg chị đặt thì bao lâu có e? Bạn ấy lại bảo e không có đồ để nấu! Tôi tự hỏi với một đĩa mỳ xào rau có quá khó để phục vụ với Bếp của một resort không?

Well worth the experience, everything is great

A quiet resort, everyone is cute - gentle and always ready to assist guests. Nice grounds, with free bikes running in and out of the vicinity. Everything is perfect except motorbike rental 200k and 1 day from 8.9 am to 21, 22 pm. The price of 200k is expensive compared to the common ground of Da Lat, but about 4-5km from the center, the garage they bring the car over does not discuss the price, but the resort should be able to rent a car, the car is super new.

The place to stay is great! But if you invest in more motorbike rental services at the resort, it will be perfect because this place is quite far from the center, so renting a motorbike will help you take the initiative to move!

Everything was ok, the food at the restaurant I ate was a bit delicious, dear, I stayed in a suite room, so the bathroom took up 1/2 of the room - the bathroom view looked outside. Warm and friendly staff. The price in this area is temporarily okay, a bit far from the center, so it is a bit inconvenient to eat and drink. If you think about it, it would be more convenient to eat in a restaurant.
