I wouldn't give it even one star.
I booked a suite to bedroom for four people, but didn't get the room I booked. I booked a week in advance and paid in full. When I arrived, the staff gave the room to a walk-in customer. They said they would have the walk-in customer change my room and call me. I couldn't check in yet (7 PM). Later, at 9:30 PM, the walk-in customer refused to change rooms and offered two separate rooms (in different locations, not close together) and asked for a refund. They said they couldn't give a refund and I had to wait for the manager, who couldn't guarantee a refund. It felt like they were forcing me to accept this offer because it was so late. They claimed it was the admin's fault for not registering my booking through the app. Once I checked in, I found that the water pressure was poor; the shower stopped working before I could finish showering, the toilet wouldn't flush, the sink water was intermittent, and the toiletries weren't clean.
I'm very disappointed because I booked this room to stay with my family, but they gave the room to a walk-in customer.
