Friendly staff, easy to ask questions, not rude. One of the reasons why I chose here is because the reviews say the staff is friendly. The place is quite quiet, good for resting. It's also good for short trips. You can borrow an iron too. The AC is cold. Cold and hot water is smooth. Fast wifi. Fast response from admin. Worth a try

For the room, please always check the cleanliness before guests stay, because in my experience when I stayed, the room area still had a lot of dust on the floor and mattress. Hopefully it can still be improved in the future.

The room is narrow, the mattress is too small to walk in, the TV is too low so it hits your head, the space is smaller than the super mini kos room, the bathroom is cramped, the pillow case is yellowish, stuffy, not comfortable, there are cockroaches 😌

The friendly hotel staff was very helpful when checking in and out, the room design was unique, the walnut bread breakfast was delicious. But unfortunately the AC wasn't cold enough, the hot water in the bathroom didn't work. Overall it's worth it.
