The service at the restaurant and bar was very satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am especially thankful to Zomi, chef Enjang, and Satria who also really cared for us while we were on vacation there. If possible, the supply should be adjusted to the number of guests staying in the room.

I stayed 1 night on August 12-13, 2026. Yes, this is an additional stay from the previous one on August 11-12, because it was very pleasant and comfortable, plus my husband and I and my child still really wanted to explore the surroundings so we decided to add to the number of nights we stayed.

I stayed for 1 night on August 11-12, 2026. As soon as I arrived, the front yard and lobby were beautiful and amazing. It was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and always helpful. The food was very delicious, but the price was quite expensive, but it was worth the amount, quality, and taste. The hotel surroundings were very comfortable and beautiful. The room interior was very modern and nice. The beach was very beautiful. I really want to come back again.

A hotel close to the Pocari Sweat Run Lombok venue. The breakfast is delicious, with a varied menu. The breakfast location is located on Pemera Beach, so far so good.

The facilities are good, but the biggest let-down is the service. It’s consistently slow, unenthusiastic, and doesn’t reflect the price point. Staff rarely seem proactive, and you often have to chase them to get what you need. Around the pool and beach lounges, used towels, rubbish, and cigarette butts are often left all day instead of being cleared regularly, making the area feel poorly maintained. This hotel seems better suited to young families, as there are plenty of children around and it can be quite noisy. If you’re travelling without kids and looking for a peaceful stay, this may not be the best choice.

At Pullman, the staff are still in training or have just graduated from high school. The male restaurant staff always pout when they see local tourists, but smile broadly when they see foreigners.

The best hotel in Lombok with friendly staff, direct to the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. We will come back again if we are coming to Lombok. Thanks.

My stay at Kuta Mandalika was truly amazing. Next time I'm in Kuta, I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends. My only disappointment was the lack of gym equipment. There should have been at least a Smith machine and/or a back-chest all-in-one.

Very much lives up to the 5-star experience. The hotel is located around 30 minutes drive from LOP. Located in a rather nice, idyllic area next to the Mandalika circuit, so expect engine noises during track days, but they're not very audible. The beach consists of rocky sand, so remember to bring your footwear. The room is great, but I do wonder about the bathtub partition, rather flimsy. There's a shuttle to Kuta if you're looking for a night out, but do remember to book at least 1 hour before departure. There's a special counter for car rental as well. I ate till I burst in the main restaurant. Overall, I had a relaxing, great time in this hotel. Will definitely come back again.

Beautiful hotel and location right on the beach. The breakfast buffet is included in the accommodation and is very varied and high quality. The service of the staff in the breakfast restaurant is not good, they do not clear away empty plates and glasses during breakfast, but wait for the customer to get up from the table and then they clear away everything. You have to have breakfast with a lot of empty plates and glasses. Dinner at the hotel is free to eat. The menu is very simple, limited to a few dishes. It is too expensive for the weight and quantity offered for this price. There is no quantity-price ratio. The interior of the restaurant is very simple, it looks more like a wedding dining room, rather than an expensive restaurant in a hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and the rooms were clean. My only suggestion is that the beach area around the hotel needs to be cleaned regularly, as there's quite a bit of trash. Overall, it was a memorable stay during my visit to Lombok, and I'd definitely stay here again.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and we were surprised by the decline in comfort. At first, we were placed in a room where the sliding partitions separating the bedroom from the bathroom were broken—one side was barely hanging on. We asked to be moved to another room. The second room (2414) looked quite worn out. There were stains on the walls and in every corner, likely from leaks or previous damage. Everything seemed patched up and repainted in a careless and untidy way. On the last night of our stay, there were serious issues with the electricity. The power went out and came back on at least five times during the night, and each time all the lights turned on. Naturally, I had to wake up to turn everything off—this happened four or five times. On the positive side, housekeeping was good—everything was clean, the toiletries were of good quality, and the ventilation in the bathroom and shower worked well. I also noticed that there was no beach bag (a woven basket usually provided for use around the hotel and by the pool). The balcony floor had visible paint marks from repairs. Breakfasts were decent. However, I strongly do not recommend the Margarita cocktail—it was truly awful.

I stayed in room 1402, and overall everything was great. One area that could be improved is the variety of food options, as well as having a stronger Wi-Fi connection, especially since I spent most of my time enjoying the beautiful resort. The resort offers great facilities such as a shuttle service and a gym, which made it even more comfortable to relax and stay within the property. I would also like to thank Fariq for his excellent service. He was amazing with the kids, organizing activities like kite making, swimming lessons, balloon crafts, and origami. He really helped keep my daughter entertained and made our stay even more enjoyable.
