Great place to stay

Good got

We booked a room unbeknown it was for a disabled person, wheelchair access. There was no mention on your website that it's also suitable for a disabled person. Having one side of the bed against the wall, was totally uncomfortable.

Great place in the heart of Darling Harbour

Beautiful boutique hotel in a very quiet area but so close and walkable to The Star, Darling Harbour, Barangaroo

For the price I expected better mattresses. The bed was soft and uncomfortable.

Clean, friendly & good location

The room was nice and close to the ferries. If I had a little comment I would suggest they clean the showers better as there was mould in the shower. The sheets were nice and high quality, the pillows a little hard but I know I could have changed these. Overall I would book this hotel again

The rooms are small however was perfectly comfortable for us for one night. The rooms are newly renovated and the location is great.

I must compliment the staff who were so friendly and helpful. The rooms, while on the smaller side are really well designed, comfortable, with luxury finishes and everything you need. Loved the steamer for my clothes! Breakfast was delicious. A very welcoming, boutique vibe.

The location is ideal. The staff is friendly. The room is very cozy. But, I kept taking cool showers for fear of setting off the alarm. They also changed the sheets but not the towels. But it was so very nice.
