The hotel is very nice.

Great bed configuration in family room, made room more roomy. We enjoyed the breakfast. Location was good to explore the city. Easy access from bullet train (15 min walk) and 5 min walk to train station and 2 different shrines/temples. Cons: the room was really hot. When I asked about AC the staff said it’s controlled per floor and not by individual room. They provided a fan but it was still an uncomfortable temperature to sleep with 4 people in the room

I liked that the location was on the same block as his station and family mart.. Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores and shrines.

There is no space for parking.

Overall pretty good, but can be cleaner as we found a hair bend on the floor from previous guest.

We were a group of friends who got a room with 3 beds. Decent size with A/C and on the top floor. Coin laundry on our floor was available. It appeared very clean, but it seems as you move around in the space you find things like food down the side of the bed that looks like it's been there a while Walking distance from the metro station.

Hotel is close to Gion station, which is connected to the Hakata station, so you can reach hakata station by foot easily if you want to. Room is clean and staff is friendly. Just the table is small.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to shopping, restaurants, subway. The hotel is nice and clean, nice bed sheets, friendly receptionists. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall it is a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Howeverr the air-conditioning should not be centralize. It will be best for guest to choose whether they like to have heater or aircond. There is no internal phone to call reception, always need to go down to 1st floor if need to request or inquiry anything.

Good price for good location.

다소 방은 작았습니다. 하지만 쓰기 불편할 정도의 크기는 아니었습니다. 방 자체는 물론, 샤워실의 수압과 화장실의 청결도 등 시설 자체도 마음에 들었습니다. 외국인 직원이 많아 영어로 소통하기 쉬웠으며, 한국어가 가능한 직원도 있었습니다. 기온 역과 가까워 하카타 옛 거리에 잡힌 위치도 기본적으로 만족스러웠으며, 상권과는 멀지도 가깝지도 않은 거리기에 조용하면서도 접근성이 좋았습니다. 아 콘센트가 멀티포트가 아닙니다. usb-a타입은 있으나, 필요시 여행용 멀티어댑터 플러그를 지참하시길 추천드립니다.

A boutique-like hotel in a convenient location, albeit a little far from Hakata station. It's quite convenient if attending an event at the International Congress Center--it's right between the station and the event center. The breakfasts were delicious and cooked individually for each guest. It was the same each day: fried egg, bacon, salad, yogurt, bagel and drink. Quite satisfying. I'd stay there again if in the area on business, but not really conducive to family stay (maybe a couple, but not kids).

家族旅行で利用しました。写真で見て思ってたより狭く感じました。５ヶ月の赤ちゃんと一緒だった為夜中授乳に起きた際天井が低く圧迫感がありました。室内は清潔にされておりパジャマも上下別で楽でした。
