Loved our two night stay:). Great location. Beautiful property. Immaculate. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Grand Bend:)

10/10 for everything!

We had a good size room with a king and queen bed (221). The only downside was the stairs. We loved that the pool area was open at 9am . Poolside food was great and there was alot of great seating areas along the property. Free coffee in the lobby all day and great helpful staff. Very easy to check in and out and everything was walking distance. We would definitely return.

I liked the court yard area outside of the rooms. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. I did not like the vibe around the pool. I have three kids but I don't let them scream our names or splash patrons on lounge chairs so it was loud and not at all relaxing. When we asked the pool attendant if they could ask the two families to lower their volume, she said there was nothing she could do.

Property was clean, well maintained. Pool and restaurant were great, and hotel was short 8 minute walk to the beach. Would stay again if visiting Grand Bend.

Great location, amazing staff

Check in and out experience was great! Staff were super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, but the floor was not very clean in our room and our shower leaked a lot.

Great Location. great weekend getaway with the family. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Would visit again, and would recommend to friends and family!

The pool/bar area is a wonderful addition! We had a great time.

The room was clean,very small. Pool area very nice! Internet was spotty the whole time we were there. Very frustrating!

Check in is the issue should be a check in at 2 pm check out at 10am. Way too late for a check in. Been here 2 times loved it they accommodate as much as possible. Check in is the only issue for us.

The property is well maintained, the staff are very friendly and professional. Being located at the top of the strip is a huge bonus. Excellent property to spend a few days relaxing.

Everything was great

The pool was great to have ..bar and food service too . The room we had was very comfortable and had nice beds and space . Modern bathroom. Parking included with the room . We always pick Colonial every time we come to Grand Bend

This was our second time staying at the Colonial Hotel and it just keeps getting better. You can’t beat the location and with the addition of the outdoor pool and food/bar service the amenities are exceptional. Our suite was spectacular. Big, clean and comfortable. This won’t be our last stay here! We will be back…and probably sooner than later.

Room and hotel grounds were exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved the two queen with a separate bedroom for our kids. Kids loved the heated pool and service poolside was great.

Everything about the room and amenities was fine. However, when we checked in, we got the impression from the staff, specifically the young lady that checked us in, that we were imposing. No welcome, no smiles and cryptic responses to our questions.
