Easy instructions for arrival and check in. Great location. Clean comfortable apartment. Beds are just ok but seems to be the norm for that part of the world. Would recommend!

The place was nice, well kept and quiet. However, being a tall person it was a rough stay. They do not tell you the economy room is in the very top floor with slanted ceilings. I hit my head so many times. There was no way to connect any device to the tv (no screen mirroring or airplay options) so was stuck with tv that I couldn’t understand. The overhead shower head barely worked and water barely trickled out, so the handheld nozzle was all you could really use. The water turned of multiple times during a shower, which became frustrating. Not many amenities were provided. No water bottles or sugar for coffee. The bed was really hard, yet the pillows were AMAZING!! The shared common areas were confusing on where you could be. I felt the listing was misleading. The property management responded promptly to my questions but with little resolution or options to rectify my concerns. Area was exactly where I needed to be and the price was great when I booked it.

Everything was good as expected. Staff met me on time and gave me the keys to the room. It was clean and most accommodating.

It's a nice place in a good location. I was only disappointed with the check-in, which was at a different location a 10-minute walk away. The staff person texted he could meet me at the place, and later offered to pick me up at the bus station but the latter offer came to late and the first offer was not made clear in the text. A simpler way, rather than have a separate check-in location, would be to have lock boxes at the residence so that guests could self-check-in.

A rather lovely spacious place and for an excellent off-season price, but we felt like we were a bother. As well, we couldn’t find an open restaurant for supper anywhere within walking distance, even with the help of 3 different locals. A bar graciously provided grilled cheese and ham. Being alone in the “hotel” with no desk as expected didn’t help. The place was just not friendly and not helpful— you’re on your own!

Good location, easy walk to Old Town. Fine for a short trip, very basic but affordable. Had no hot water, only lukewarm.

The room is tiny, barely enough to laid down our two suitcases. No table and no bottle water. Check-in and parking are away from the property. Extra Euro 15 for overnight parking, a bit expensive.Good thing is the location which is only 5-10 minutes away from the harbour and old town.

Great experience here at Sunset Residence Rovinj. Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was very clean with a large balcony and impressive bathrooms. Would recommend staying here while visiting Rovinj.

This place needs a variety of updates...A nice balcony however with full ashtray and dirt everywhere. The main door of the appartement didn't have curtain, therefore at sunrise we had full sunrise! We wouldn't not recommend this place!

Very close to old town, clean quiet.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. Clean, modern room. It is within walking distance to restaurants and the Old Town. Convenient parking. We had a GPS in the car to help find the hotel. Not easy to find street names. Check in and out is not at the hotel so make sure you are able to call Avora management at their number. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. 😊

The Sunset Residence was nice and good location. The bathroom sink was extremely small so water ended up on the floor but overall a nice place.

Great location, staff were friendly and beds comfortable. I was not able to get in touch prior to arrival, potentially an issue with Hotels.com but i did also try messaging directly to the whatsapp number on the property's own website and still no reply. Needs more attention on cleaning, walls and ceilings in my room had a lot of swished bugs and dirty hand marks. Lights by bed were broken and coming off wall.

This is my second stay at Sunset Residence and I appreciate their great support on early check-in and late check- out! I'm looking forward to stay a third time! thank you so much!

Highly responsive and reliable staff: Only thing that could have been explained better was how to obtain the key after doing the online booking. The description made it sound as if the guests would have to check in and get the key from the main office first to then head to the actual property. It was not specified someone would bring the key, therefore we ended up booking first at a hotel To avoid the hassle (since we had no car). Maybe also offer a late check in option for a fee? Both properties I stayed at were amazing. Thank you!!!

Sunset Residence is a nice-looking building with multiple units, we stayed at the top floor with a balcony. Since the roof is sloped it feels a bit crowded. Room is clean with everything needed. The communication through WhatsApp is very easy and prompt. The parking is at 10 minutes walk away, but transportation is provided which is great service.

Very well appointed apartment in a great location. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio also, extending the overall living space. Everything worked well and Avior team were very responsive.
