Of all the hotels I stayed at during my time throughout Europe, this was my favorite experience. I sadly only had time to stay for one night, but it was wonderful. The room was spacious, very clean, packed with amenities and cute touches (the open Émile Zola book when I checked in was such a nice touch!!) The staff was helpful and kind. Great location, out of the hustle and bustle of the city but a quick metro ride away from everything. If I make it back to Vienna, I would love to stay there again!

I stayed here for a combination of conference and pleasure. The hotel staff and the pizza bar staff were incredibly helpful and polite. All faculties including the rooms were exceptionally well kept. In "normal" times I would highly recommend the hotel. Unfortunately, construction of a railway immediately outside both side streets started at 630-645 am. I got no sleep unless I went to bed many hours earlier. Which negates the enjoyment of Vienna. Had the hotel posted that there was construction on Expedia I would have never stayed here. I thought this was mandatory to report.

Don’t let the cactus stool fool you. We stayed at a couple of “bohemian” themed hotels across Eastern Europe…this one is a disappointment. It is a basic hotel, has an elevator. It was clean. Unfortunately, even though it was billed as an ‘adults only’ hotel, I couldn’t help but feel as though I was being treated like a child. It was the only establishment we stayed at in two weeks that required a security deposit (they did have a mini bar so that’s fair) but they felt the need to warn me at check in that if we stole anything it would be charged against our deposit. When we got to the room we were greeted with a nicely printed note outlining the cost to be charged for every item in the room. Room amenities included a hair dryer, pencil (with scrap piece of paper), coffee maker (with only two coffee pods), and toiletries (shampoo and body wash only and attached to the wall). The queen mattress was two twin mattresses pushed together with separate comforters. The hotel has no parking arrangements so if you have a car, the closest public parking lot is a 15 minute walk. The city of Vienna limits on street parking to 2 hour increments so it’s not practical to park on the street overnight without a permit (this is what I was told anyway). All in all, for the price I could’ve done better. Maybe not this close to city Center but better all the same.

Really enjoyed my 4 nights here, the room was stunning and so large. Easy walk to the train (3min) and to supermarket (1 min walk).

We came for Coldplay concert that’s why we stayed at Zola Hotel because it was close to the stadium. It was an amazing hotel but a bit far from the city center.

Very hip and unique hotel. The breakfast bags were great, but earliest delivery was 7:30, late if you need to be somewhere at 8:00.

We cannot say a bad word. From the moment we arrived the building looked great, the hall and reception stunning and the room was lovely. We actually had the most 'economical' room but it was stunning. Very comfy bed, excellent value minbar and good sized bathroom with great shower (that's important for me). 5 min walk to the metro and you are in the centre in another 5 mins. The restaurant as part of the hotel is fantastic for dinner. Great food and drinks. On top of everything the service was flawless. Every single member of staff was approachable and helpful. It felt like you could ask for anything. Fantastic. If we return to Vienna this will be the top of our list to stay.
