Good location in mirabel. Clean rooms, comfy beds, big lobby.

Paid more exclusively to get access to the pool , got there was closed no price ajustements of refund, and was noisy kept us awake half the night, only cold breakfast, water from showers is sticky like if it was filtered hard water , offers interior parking for a fee ! Good side was very clean and nice and modern

Price was not what I was confirmed! They made me pay additional fees because my daughters are older even if I put the right age in my reservation! Breakfast was ok but not more than that! Not worth the price according to me

Extremely disappointed in this 4-star hotel. Room did not heat up above 18*, had to go to reception 3 times throughout the night and was told there was nothing they could do. Breakfast was disappointing - only had bread, yogurt and fruits. For a rate of $300 CAD I will not be booking again

Our first time here and it won’t be our last, great spot.

The ultimate problem with the hotel is that sound carries from one end of the floor to the other. This soundproof room notion is absolutely not true. Unfortunately there were sone loud guests, talking in the hallway and slamming doors and the way the acoustics are, you hear everything. The hotel itself is nice but my stay was terrible.
