I WAS IN TOWN TO VISIT MY SISTER IN THE HOSPITAL AND NEEDED A COMFORTING, RELAXING PLACE TO STAY. THIS HOTEL WAS EVERYTHING THAT I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR AND MORE. THE FIRST ROOM THAT I WAS GIVEN HAD A MALFUNCTIONING A/C UNIT, SO I WENT BACK TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET MY ROOM CHANGED. THE STAFF PERSON ON DUTY (EVELYN) WAS AMAZING! SHE APOLOGIZED AND IMMEDIATELY GAVE ME A NEW ROOM. IN FACT, FOR MY TROUBLE, SHE UPGRADED MY RESERVATION TO A LARGER ROOM. SHE WAS KIND AND A PLEASURE TO SPEAK TO. MY ROOM WAS LOVELY. PLENTY OF SPACE, VERY CLEAN AND A COMFORTABLE BED. ON MY WAY OUT THE NEXT MORNING, I SPOKE WITH JESSICA WHO WAS JUST AS PLEASANT AS EVELYN. WHEN I TOLD HER I WAS IN TOWN FROM NASHVILLE TO VISIT MY SISTER IN THE HOSPITAL, SHE WAS VERY KIND AND WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING ME OFFERED PRAYERS AND POSITIVE THOUGHTS FOR MY FAMILY. THIS HOTEL WAS REALLY NICE, LOOKS BRAND NEW ALTHOUGH I WAS TOLD IT WAS ABOUT 3.5 YEARS OLD. IT IS MAINTAINED VERY WELL AND IT SHOWS. THIS WILL BE MY GO-TO HOTEL WHEN I COME BACK TO VISIT FAMILY. IT'S A VERY NICE HOTEL WITH VERY PLEASANT STAFF. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Super easy to get the wedding venue. Nice breakfast area. Easy parking. Easy to get to & from interstate. Friendly staff.

What a neat and fragrant property. New building, spacious rooms, spacious beds. Clean and new bathrooms. Great breakfast. It was awesome experience.

The staff was friendly and made check in easy. They were also readily available.

Bugs would come out in the shower and on the floor of the bathroom when the light was off. When the light was turned on they would go running into the cracks.

The hotel staff was great; the complimentary breakfast was top tier and the hotel was very clean

Stayed 1 night. I was greeted nicely upon walking in the door. The room was clean and the beds were so comfy. All the staff was so polite.

Staff was nice and helpful. Only problem, during my shower the lights went out and freaked me out. Turns out, it was a energy saver. All I had to do was move in front of the light switch and it came back on. Lessons learned on my behalf. Arlington is a very nice area.

They charged the wrong credit card and would not fix. Power went out during stay. Have yet to get refunded. I won’t be booking though here any more.
