⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Petra Elite Hotel was an excellent experience! The room was spotless and comfy, with thoughtful touches like robes, slippers, and welcome treats. The advanced room technology, like the smart TV and modern controls, made everything super convenient. But the real highlight was the staff - so warm, welcoming, and attentive. Would definitely stay again!

This is a really lovely hotel with beautiful views and only a 5 minute drive from Petra. The rooms are lovely and clean, warm and very comfortable. The staff are so kind and accommodating! The food is also so fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Petra! 😊

Everything was good exept the food it was actually not good at all that my stomech hurt a lot but everything else was good

We arrived at the hotel late afternoon and we were warmly greeted. The operations manager kindly upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise. Our room was superb, very clean, lots of technology and spacious. Our room, like many others, has a good view of the city and the mountain. They have a room on the top floor (the top floor bar) with a great view, and the opportunity to have drinks and snacks. We had the buffet dinner, and as vegetarians, we were amazed at the amount of dishes that were available. It was really appreciated. All the staff we ran into, including the friendly and helpful Ismail on reception, were very good. The location was good and close to town and of course all the tourist attractions that we want in Petra. There was an indoor pool which is not common in Petra. It is a pleasure to come back in the afternoon and have a swim. This hotel is new, immaculately clean, and we highly recommend it.

This hotel is lovely. It is clean. Modern everything is working. It’s absolutely fantastic. Ismal(excuse the spelling)the manager couldn’t do enough for us turning the fountain on in the pool and basically making us feel extremely welcome.
