Property was fine, breakfast fine staff very good. If you require parking make sure you book in advance. There is remote parking very cheap but not straight forward to get a ticket.

Perfect for good access for day trips, and safe underground parking. Rooms were a bit noisy - any noise from rooms adjacent/above/below could be heard.

Lovely modern hotel in San Sebastian. Great room and location. Visited during winter and only drawn back was room got too hot at night. As air con set to heat only for winter.

The only thing I found was that unless you booked a car parking space you would have to park in a public car next to the hotel, this is free from 20:00 to 09:00, if you arrive before then you have to pay till 20:00, other than this I found the Hotel clean and staff friendly, if I use this hotel again will book a parking space in their underground parking.

Great hotel just a few minutes outside of the city center. Nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, and lots of parking options.

Great and comfortable beds, pillows and room. Bathroom is a nice size and Very clean! Bus stop right behind the hotel and also bus drops you off right in front. You can take public transportation easily and pay w credit card. Take the bus #5 or #25 to go to the old town and shopping and beach. Parking at the hotel with a great discount is totally worth it.

Shower very slippery. Low lights for reading in bed. Convenient to highway but 30 min walk to beach.

Excellent customer service and pet friendly

Really nice hotel, clean, roomy, nice bed. Brrakfast pretty good with gluten free bread which is a huge plus. Location not great, nothing in area but train station a 4 minute walk away. 6 minute trip into centre so no issue there. No kettle in room only quibble. You can get tea/ coffee any time in breakfast room. Did try to charge on check out but cancelled it.
