The staffs are friendly and nice! My kids enjoy the indoor playground and the driving car section, worth the stay and money! Would recommend to others!

We stayed here last year and had been wanting to come back! Staff very friendly, room was very nice, food was delicious. Most importantly kids had a blast!

Nice children hotel with fresh clean rooms . Plenty of activities within the hotel to keep the kids busy. Room rates is pricier as compared to nearby hotels but its worth it . Walking distance to Luodong station and night market. Overall experience is very good especially for the kids.

Had a small incident but staff was fast to react and handled it politely. Highly recommended for families with kids. Spacious and clean room. Kids facilities which will make the kids keep asking to go back

整體都很棒! 員工會跟小孩玩，也非常有耐心~

這次入住家庭房，房間沒有什麼問題，清潔也都很乾淨，唯一可惜的是浴室裡，淋浴間設計較小，而且門的防水很不良，其他都很ok~ 另外餐廳的服務生都非常nice，跟小朋友互動的很好，專業又親切，3天裡面在餐廳都度過快樂的時間，非常感謝！

房間非常舒適，是一個親子主題的飯店。小朋友放電項目服務都非常極好，推薦給所有旅客拜訪！全飯店都是四人家庭房，整體來說給他滿分❤

遊樂設施幼童才適合, 位置地點不錯, 不過 舒適到一般,

在房間內發現了小蜥蜴，最後返家打開行李箱發現在箱內，有家人被嚇驚。最後由我捉到。

小朋友玩樂的公共空間很不錯，房間的空間也很寬敞，床很好睡，小問題是早餐選擇普通，餐廳動線也不是太好，桌子有邊角小朋友有碰撞的危險。

兒童遊玩設施好多好玩，車車多元化！ 走路去夜市也ok

房間空間很大，露台位置燈柱位置需多加清潔，適合親子住宿，設施乾淨整潔，鄰近羅東車站好方便

優點：酒店很近火車站，員工樂於助人，設施非常好玩，房間夠大好舒適，有下午茶提供（不過建議取消，把資源投放在早餐會更好）停車場是有蓋，下雨完全沒問題（但光線不足，以及充滿機油味）。缺點：在長滑梯旁的硬椅子設施很危險，兒童駕駛車有很多在維修。3樓的設施晚上2045就要離開，建議開放晚一點，反正也沒有員工看管。早餐不是很多選擇。離夜市稍為遠一點

房間環境好 但就給小孩開的車子不能換 外加開車時間太死板
