We had a great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the best parts was the location — it was close enough to all the main attractions to be easily walkable, but just far enough away to escape the tourist crowds and noise. It really offered the best of both worlds: convenience and tranquility. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful stay without being too far from the action!

Great hotel. The staff were so friendly on arrival, even upgrading our booking to a suite. The room was clean and comfortable.

Both me and my wife enjoyed our stay at Lumen hotel. They have a light show every day at 10 PM that was very entertaining. The hotel itself offers a great accommodation with king size beds in different rooms that were very comfortable. They got our suitcases on our Uber the moment we arrived and they took them into our room when we checked in. Overall a great place to stay.

I liked this hotel, it is modern, clean and the room was very well equipped and comfortable. The light show is a nice addition. The breakfast is okay - the cold buffet food is good, but the hot food was never hot or tasty. The staff is extremely helpful. The rooftop is pretty nice. The location is just north of trendy areas, but overall very convenient.

This property is very quiet and comfortable

This hotel was a clean and convenient place to stay in Lisbon. When we arrived they upgraded our room without asking. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good. It was walkable to some shopping areas and the main park in the city. I recommend this place.

Excellent hotel with a staff that is friendly, professional, and helpful. Getting to the hotel from the airport using the metro is very easy. The parking garage will test your driving skills as the path to parking spaces is a bit tight, but we look forward to our next stay at this location.

What a fantastic hotel! The room was spacious and clean and modern. The restaurant offers delicious food for breakfast and dinner. And, the staff are top notch, friendly and efficient. Thank you for everything. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff at The Lumen Hotel were fantastic- so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. The only issue we had was that the pool was closed during our stay. This was extremely disappointing as there was no mention of the closure dates until after our booking was made. This was one of the reasons we had chosen this hotel for the rooftop pool.

We stayed in this hotel for a week and loved every bit of it. Their service is exceptional, very responsive, quick. They offer welcome snacks upon arrival, the water was free and even the coffee, as we ordered it everyday, we’ve travelled all around Europe and that was rare. The location is very close to the attractions however, there might be some attractions where you would have to take uber/ train etc. If we visited Portugal again I would stay here again no questions asked.
