Good location, staff is great! No AC though so be mindful if booking in summer

Not recommended for the summer. I was there in July and there was a cool breeze outside, but the hotel is on the second floor of the building and there was no ventilation in my room, so it was stifling hot. I felt like Raskolnikov in St. Petersburg. There were a couple of fans but moving around hot air only takes you so far. Very difficult to sleep.

The picture of the room on line was as described, small but enough for 2. Reception was on the 2nd floor, our room was on the third, we had heavy suitcases so not fun dragging them up 3 flight of stairs. Great location.

Property was on 2nd floor with no elevator. Staff was unhelpful. Way way overpriced for what was provided. No AC and no elevator. Location was good.

This hotel was spectacularly overpriced for what it offered. The location was good but the room itself and the bathroom were tiny. The smallest shower I have ever seen. No air conditioning, only an obtuse fan. No ability to leave luggage other than for an additional cost and coffee was a kettle in the reception to fill from your tap. This was a hostel trying to be a hotel and the night we stayed there, there was a significant event in Bilbao so surge pricing meant they charged 5 - 7 times what would be usual. Disappointing all round.

We did not know this hotel was a 3rd walk up, we would never had booked. No elevator which was needed due to health issues . Our room was not ready at check in time, they cleaned and made up room in about 10 minutes. We did not feel comfortable with how clean the room or bathroom would be so we left. The staff told us when we arrived this hotel is like a hostel for adults. All rooms are right off reception area. It appeared it would be quie noisy.

Great location. Absolutely perfect for my dinner plans that night. Nice, but small, comfy room. Bathroom door seemed to be in the wrong place and it would really get on my nerves if I had an en-suite like this at home. Would stay there again, next time I’m in town.

Basic room with a comfortable bed. The place was clean however the bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke but the there is a no smoking policy. We paid about 37euros for the one night. So for this price, this place is an easy 4 on 5.

Good value for money, in the heart of the old town so surrounded by food and drink options, easy walk in to the new town. Room was good, clean and moderns and staff were helpful.
