Amazing stay. Clean room and very welcoming & professional staff

The room was amazing. Housekeeping was amazing. I was VERY disappointed at the spa. The spa service was horrible.

This hotel is fantastic! It made us looove Dubai! Everyone was very nice, specially Found, He was very professional, friendly and provided outstanding customer service :)
