The staff was wonderful. Took care of all requests and offered assistance. The manager Camille was particularly wonderful with superb food recommendations. Also excellent at all arrangements that we required!!!

very nice big rooms. Well located just a short walk to the fantastic park which our little dog loved. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The rooms were clean and comfortable even though we opted for the cozy room floor. The staff was very friendly, making restaurant reservations and setting up in advance a pick up from the train station for our arrival. Alonso was very helpful and fun at the front desk. He set up a wine tasting tour in Bordeaux with a knowledgeable driver. He had lots of suggestions for cafes and tours. The whole staff was friendly and delightful.

We stayed at Villas Foch for two nights during a recent visit to Bordeaux. At first, I was disappointed because it is a little bit outside the main shopping area, but I quickly realized that this is a benefit. It is only a short walk to restaurants, the main attractions and shopping. The room is spacious and the staff is very helpful. Highly recommend.

Brilliant location and luxury hotel

Superb staff. The service was excellent all during our visit. The hotel is in a great location for shopping, walking along the river or catching a tram. I would definitely stay here again.

Villas Foch is in a great location that is very walkable to all the highlights in Bordeaux. We had two rooms for our extended family. Each was comfortable but the suite was very unique and I loved the large tub. The decor was great, modern yet warm. The daily breakfast was amazing with delicious options and great service. We appreciated having valet parking so we didn’t have to deal with parking. The only aspect that could be somewhat improved is that perhaps the small indoor pool could be more utilized as a hot tub and the hours could be extended to accommodate guests after sightseeing or dinner. The communication before and during the trip was exemplary and Melissa was very helpful and attentive. Check out was a bit troubling due to being charged for breakfast despite being told it was included with our stay. We had a couple mystery charges and had little time to debate. Overall, I’d rate Villas Foch 4.8 out of 5. We would stay again!

Villas Foch is a boutique hotel located a few blocks from all the action in Bordeaux. The hotel itself is very clean and very smartly appointed. The rooms have been furnished with comfort in mind. We booked a “cozy” room because we didn’t plan to spend much time in the hotel. We normally book larger rooms. But the room was great and very comfortable. BUT the best part about Villas Foch is the VERY young staff. I have no idea where the Owners found these young people but they definitely aimed to please. All of them seemed eager to serve. We especially appreciated the one staff member that was in charge of breakfast. She prepared a beautiful table that we hated to disrupt by filling out plates. The whole experience was delightful.
