excellent location with lots of eateries a few minutes walk away, nicest staff, only wished room had a kettle, tissue paper, and an iron.

Hotel is situated in a good location Hotel rooms very small with not much space for clothes .Air conditioning very loud during the night ...tv didnt work ...room not exactly clean and when you flushed the toilet the water would splash all over the toilet seat...

Perfect location. About a 10-minute walk west takes you to the old town, and about 10 minutes along the river brings you to the station. The beach is just steps away. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and the room was clean. It was a comfortable hotel even with a small child.

No frills, great room, clean, well located and great value. Small hotel (4 rooms per floor, 6 floors) with no services - great if you want to explore SS. Reception desk with great team. James, Mayalen (hope spelling is not too bad) and Edi were super helpful and nice. Thank you for making our stay feel like home.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, modern rooms. Mattresses are very comfortable and great shower pressure. Helpful staff. Limited amenities but a wonderful location to discover San Sebastián. Recommend.

Convenient location for Gros and old town

They advertised a room with a balcony and I triple checked to ensure it was the correct room with a balcony as I planned to propose to my now fiance. I arrived and was put into a different room floors down without a balcony or view. The staff was less than helpful in trying to fix the situation telling me verbally and in subsequent emails it was my fault for reasons I still don’t understand. No partial discounts, no attempt to right the wrong, just verbal abuse and flippant disregard. The property was nice but the staff and customer service was awful. Would recommend finding somewhere else to stay if in San Sebastián!

Very helpful and attentive staff. Great location in Gros (newer part of town) with easy access to the historic part of the town. Close to the beach and other areas of San Sebastián. Nice room with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The staff James , Valerie, Maialen, Samira and Naziha were amazing. My husband and I would definitely come back here again . Location was A grade close to all shops ,bars ,beach and churches. Highly recommend this hotel

Great property but almost no services

Good customer service

Room and bathroom OK but the style didn't suit us. Firstly there were no drawers for storage and very little surface space, plus no bin at coffee machine so all debris had to be carried into bathroom. Breakfast seemed pretty meagre even for a 2 star establishment and the coffee was never served hot.

This is a great hotel in Gross, staff are so friendly and helpful, hotel is very clean and beds were comfy. Just a few minutes walk from Zurriola beach and 15 mins walk to La Concha beach. Highly recommended.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed here for three nights at the end of September. The property is clean, modern and most importantly very central to the beach, many cool bars and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and often provided insight on local attractions and restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend if you want a clean, central and friendly hotel to stay in

Staff were all very helpful.

Entire floor smelled strongly of mildew. Bathrooms did not have ventilation and had extensive mold. Was sick after our first night. Absolutely avoid this hotel at all costs.
