Our stay was short but sweet. Everyone was so friendly, our room was gorgeous, the rooftop pool was indeed heated and the sauna was relaxing. If you do go, don't forget to check out the Spa, they are also equally amazing.

Hotel is wonderfully located. We parked and never needed our car again. Staff are super too. Rooms are modern and chic and the outdoor pool and sauna were a treat!

The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and informative, and the amenities were great. However, parking was confusing (finding the lot, finding a hotel visitor spot, finding how to get from the parking elevator to the hotel elevator), and the parking garage itself was under construction. One of the ticket scanning kiosks didn't work on P2. Better signage would be great for the parking journey, and/or including this info in an email before arrival.

Excellent stay from arrival to departure. Warm and inviting staff, beautiful outdoor pool, spa, and gym. Convenient (very) location.

Breakfast not included but available in the same building, lovely convenient cafe. Sylvia at the front desk was outstanding accomodating our request for early check-in. Outdoor pool is actually heated and open year round now

Overall a very good combination of quality, service and amenities. One of the better experiences in recent memory. Lovely rooms, great location.

The room was clean. No carpet which is rare. The hotel is modern, the staff was helpfull and present even for christmas night. The breakfast was a bit expansive but the choice around the hotel was limited as it was december 26th and many were closes. Otherwise, the rest was perfect. I didn’t have the chance to go to the pool as I taught it was closed because it’s a roof top pool. It’s open Even if it’s Winter.

Very good location, walking distance to Saint Catherine Square and Old Montreal. Very well maintained. But did not appreciate this is a pet friendly hotel that you could hear dogs barking inside your room.
