Great place to stay in the center of town.

Excellent location, lovely room and a useful amount of resources in the kitchen. I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were very helpful when I had questions.

An incredible place to stay. The apartments were exceptional and the staff were wonderful. We genuinely could not be happier.

Lovely clean apt which was well equipped, although it was a bit dark inside. I had previously requested the ground floor (with a step free access) and on arrival we were given the third. A member of reception moved us to ground, but it was down lots of steps and felt like a basement

Very accessible area. Multiple parking options and zones. Food all around and in the middle for the main attractions. Some idiot set fire alarm off late evening but the staff dealt with it very quickly. Clean modern and fresh I would say as a basic summary. Icelandic prices massive compared to UK but you have to simply deal with it. The apartment has basic amenities but everything you need to prep for a long trip ahead. Kids couldn't get round the sulphur smell from the shower but I'm sure they will understand in years to come. Will be returning.

The room was big, clean, and comfortable, with a handy kitchenette for making breakfast. Unfortunately, it was really noisy—I could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around all night, and it made it hard to sleep.

Great location in downtown. If you are staying in the apartment, parking is free. I checked in early without a fee! Clean, remodeled. Little trouble to use the application. We had to read the manual to figure out. Very friendly staffs!!!

The property is well located but we felt noise from the front door area it felt as if someone was coming in when people arrived to their places. Also the apartment had not vote whatsoever. Felt misleading based on the photos. We had no bedroom windows only the entrance and face a staircase and a wall. Also the room felt claustrophobic as it’s was between two walls and no space at all. Also the washer/dryer was unusable and I believe unsanitary as had water holding what smelled like days which means that housekeeping didn’t clean properly the room. My partner started to get sick and we believe it’s because of the possible mold forming on the property. Not my best experience. I would not recommended to anyone.

Great apartment perfect for a solo traveler. Right in the middle of it all.

Ideal for an adventure type holiday in Iceland with needed washing, drying and cooking facilities- would highly recommend.

Excellent in so many ways

Fantastic location in the center of town and within easy walking distance of the Museums and shopping. Also an easy 20minute walk from the bus station which was good. Plus thanks for looking after our luggage when we arrived early, This gave us extra time to explore the town !

The one bedroom apartment was well appointed. I would say this was more like a studio, since there was no door closing off the ‘bedroom’. There is no local television access, you have to use your own streaming providers. They provided you with basics you need (dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, salt/pepper, coffee/tea) to get you started, which was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Whilst the room was lovely, the windows meant thar we could here the street noise during our whole stay. In addition, all the doors were very heavy and therefore we were woken up multiple nights by other guests entering and leaving. The location was perfect and I wish I could give a higher star rating!

It is very centrally locatef in Reykjavik, and smaller than expected, but nice. We were waiting for our check-in email that never came. We discovered for ourselves that you now check in across the road at another hotel. Sewage smell in the bathroom. Parking is very limited. Oven and stove don't work well

Overall, it was a great room other than both sides of the bed were attached to the wall; it required some acrobatics in and out, and one of the outside doors needed a little muscle power to unlock due to a malfunctioning locking system.
