1. Early check-in wasn't possible. They told me to wait until 2:00 PM, but it was ready at 2:10 PM. This is the definition of a hotel that wants to harm customers. After that, the receptionist in the photo chatted with the security guard while looking at me. What a bad attitude!
2. Room card access is restricted. Even during my stays at several 5-star hotels, the room card wasn't charged!
3. Room amenities didn't match the so-called 4-star rating. No hairdryer, no hair cap, no refills for my 2-night stay with soap and shampoo, no TV channels, chairs in the room looked like dining chairs, towels smelled musty, no hand soap was provided, the room wasn't soundproof, and the hallway was very noisy. 4. This is the worst part: the pool water was cloudy, sticky, stinging, and smelled strongly of chlorine. It was obvious that the pool had no cleaning process.
5. When I checked out, I waited for the driver to pick me up for a long time, about half an hour. The security guard in the photo kept watching me and making small talk, asking if I needed help and what I was waiting for, indicating that I shouldn't wait too long in the lobby.
