I didn't expect it. The photo of the front of the hotel room showed a small paddy field, as seen on Google. In reality, there wasn't much rice paddy, but it was just plants. There was a small ditch in front of the hotel room, which was messy and unclean. Our bathtub had a leaking drain, so every time we filled it with water, it would immediately drain out even after it was closed. The room seemed poorly maintained, especially the walls and the upper part near the ceiling. We had already chatted with them the night before and agreed to have breakfast at 8:00, but they arrived at almost 9:00. The sofa in the other room was dirty and had debris falling from the ceiling. The TV wouldn't plug into the wall when it arrived. The pool was quite dirty when it was new, probably due to the presence of shady trees, and the circulation was off. We had to have it turned on to improve circulation.

A bit poor maintained villa. A few spots was leaking when raining. Wifi doesn't really worked. The breakfast was bland. Fortunately, the staffs were welcoming.

Fix the shortcomings to compete better.

The room was damp, I wanted to be transferred to a villa but the atmosphere was not "comfortable". Food was requested at 08.00 but delivered at 09.00. Asked for 1/2 hard-boiled eggs but the ones that came were hard-boiled eggs. Toasted bread is not buttered so it is just eaten plain. It's a pity 😔

There is no local TV & the internet is also slow, there is no restaurant in the hotel, the security is lacking, for the price I paid compared to the comfort it is very inappropriate, more like a motel than a 4 star hotel. The bathroom is clean & the room is also clean, the cupboard cannot be used because the door cannot be slid. All staff are very friendly & helpful.

Its seems picture on the apps it take long time ago, its quite different with right now reality, the staff actually very helpful even though its seem they lacked of experience, sometimes they confused if we tell them to do something, but everything we asked, they always try to provide it. One thing good is they have good internet connection and their TV is smart TV too, so we can watch youtube or netflix, but TV is not to good and slow. Overall I think they need to changed name of their hotel, its not resort, more than a motel for me. The owner seems don't care about quality of their property but staff is good.

I have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. After arriving at the location it turned out that it did not match the name of the resort. The name is suitable for making accommodation. We don't stay overnight and burn out. My advice, if you want to book, make sure you go to the receptionist first.

The mattress and pillow smell musty. The smell of used sweat. It's like it hasn't been replaced. We complained to the hotel. The hotel said that the linen was decent. It's a shame that this hotel's smelly linen is suitable for guests. Will not come back here and will not recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable staying here. The service is good, the place is comfortable and really good for enjoying quality time and even a honeymoon. The rooms are nice and clean and the swimming pool is also nice and the water is fresh. The breakfast is healthy and nutritious.

The online agent is a scam! The resort was the worst! It was totally different from the pictures. The rooms are dirty, molded, and old. And it was next to a construction work. The doors was unlocked. The pool was dirty and abandoned. The lobby was like a service room. The staff was smoking when we came. We were so disappointed, then we left right away! Even the staff admitted that the pictures taken was before the pandemic, before half of the property was sold to other resort. Even the staff told us that traveloka wanted them to display the picture. As a frequent member of traveloka, I was very disappointed because we couldn't complain to anyone and it's not refundable. Even though it's a discounted price, it was still a scam because the property was totally different from the pictures and the reviews. It was clearly like an abandoned property.

The tempax is nice and comfortable, it's just that the facilities are still lacking in attention, it's hard to defecate the water early in the morning until it first confirms it's flowing, the second day the lights go out must be confirmed again and then turn it on, while guests come at night.

The hotel is an old hotel, but if it's a horror atmosphere, it's not. It's just dusty. The room is really cool even though you don't turn on the AC. There is a restaurant right in front of the hotel, the food is delicious, the name of the restaurant is Labak Sari. Eat there if you don't like it, you don't have to pay. Those who pay are delicious + just finished. Yesterday I ate chicken with kencur seasoning, didn't like it so I gave it for free. Hahaha. For friendly hotel staff. My message: just be diligent in cleaning the room because it's dusty, especially the bathtub. Then the TV remote and AC were replaced because they were a bit slow. For the rest, I'm fine just staying overnight.

The atmosphere of the room and resort is really horror, it doesn't match the photos shown. First came the immediate feeling of discomfort, when I started to enter the room I was even more disappointed because of the stairs leading to the room, the items in the room, dirty and dusty, the air was like a building that had not been inhabited for a long time. The cover on the bed has lots of dirt, sheets and others also have dirt, towels have holes and stains. The bathtub is dirty, near the sink there is lizard droppings, the drinking pot is dirty until it has to be rinsed several times when it is about to be used. In addition, the front view of the room is not beautiful and the side view of the glass, which contains an unkempt garden (we always have to close the curtains because the glass is dirty and the view is scary), not to mention the noise of construction work on the building next to the resort and the noise of the workers. To be honest, my wife cried and wanted to move hotels as soon as she entered the room, because she was scared and disappointed with the condition of the room, especially as we were newlyweds, until my wife put the murotal Quran on the TV all night. Even so, the attitude of the staff was friendly and the room was cleaned once. In the end we had to endure until 2 nights and until check out time came. Hopefully the resort is completely repaired, because the design is actually quite attractive, it's just that it's very dirty and unkempt and has an impression of horror and so on. We didn't document it, because we were already disappointed 😭🙏.

The room is scary and horror, doesn't match in the photo, there is noisy construction next to the hotel, there are lots of insects in the room, the mosquito net is very dirty. It is highly not recommended to stay at this hotel. The breakfast is not good at all.
