Great hotel, value for money and located in strategic place. Drink (coffee, water, juices) for free.

Overall the hotel is OK. Only they changed the name from website but when you use google map to search the location make us confuse and I'be been travel to worng location via google map and I have to return back after re-comfirm again. Is a bout 10 walk distance to kyoto station. I am happy to stay in this hotel overall.
