The A/C was loud but otherwise the property was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and the facility had an exercise room and pool table.

The property is very modern and well equipped for wheelchair users. The room is very spacious and well equipped. Close to expressway and restaurants. Hot breakfast was very good but no sweet pastries. Room lacks charm.

Everything was excellent. Shower door was broken and didn’t shut all the way. Reported to front desk. Otherwise perfect.

Fire alarm went off at 6:30am. After a long day of driving, this was the worst thing to happen.

This was my second time staying at this Tru location. The hotel is very, very clean with comfortable rooms. Hotel associates were nice and friendly during check-in. Breakfast was great. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Beckley.

Easy access off the freeway

This stay was fantastic!! So much so that we're trying to find this chain of hotel for another stay we have coming up in a different state next week!!

The room was in poor condition. Both cleanliness and repair. There was an ant infestation in the room when we arrived. We found the property quite noisy. We were traveling with a pet so with the room and pet charge this one night stay was almost $300. Absolutely not worth it. I won’t be staying here again.

Clean property and easy access off the highway. Stayed here overnight to help break up our drive to SC. Would stay here again!

Excellent location. Wonderful staff

Road traffic was quite loud. But with white noise it easily drown out the sound and was able to sleep comfortably, hotel was very clean and staff was kind.
