The staff is friendly, but tends to be self-service. The rooms are spacious, with balconies offering ocean views. The bathrooms are dark and not very clean, and the towels are worn out. You can get to the beach directly across the street. The food is basic, with a good variety. At night, you can hear people dancing/partying from the pub in front of the hotel (it's busy all night).

A highly recommended 4-star hotel. Tip: Avoid rooms facing the main road, as there are discos and cafes nearby that play music until 4:30 AM. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I really like the place. The room is a bit small, but it can still accommodate an extra bed. The breakfast is very varied. There are also bike rentals if you want to explore the area, and you can also rent a car to Bangsal if you want to continue to Gili Trawangan. In my opinion, Nipah Beach is a nice beach near Aruna Senggigi. There's a turtle hatchery there.

I was so happy with my first staycation with the kids at Aruna. The room was nice, the bed was big, although the sheets did have a few stains, but it was okay. The food was delicious. What was even more exciting was the live music, which I loved. The pool was also very kid-friendly. God willing, I'll be back again soon :)

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the facilities were complete. However, during meals, some food was late in being refilled when it ran out, and the tissues in the room weren't refilled during cleaning.
